I TEACH

As a resident artist in South Dakota, I spend anywhere from one to four weeks working with students and staff, teaching a variety of art principles, techniques, branding, and marketing. Below are some snapshots of my most recent residencies and international volunteering.

Cheyenne River Youth Project — 2023

During this two-week residency, the artists learned the fundamental elements of photography using their phones and a DSLR camera. The goal was to capture each other and use the photos as a reference to create a graphite self-portrait.
