As my professional design career progressed, my 20-year journey with chronic illness led me to expand my expertise into a new field. After experiencing misdiagnoses and inadequate treatment in conventional medicine, I pursued extensive education in various alternative health modalities. This journey culminated in certifications as a Health Coach (HC) and Decongestive Lymphatic Technician (DeLt). Ultimately, it also rekindled my passion for writing.

With a keen investigative mindset and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a natural creative flair, I have authored and published over 60 research-based articles across three esteemed health websites with successful reach.
